As part of the reconditioning process, the following work was carried out:

• Installation of new cylinder liners in nominal size or honing of the cylinders
• Installation of new piston rings
• Complete reconditioning of the cylinder head
• Cleaning of the pistons in an ultrasonic cleaner
• Installation of new crankshaft bearings in nominal size
• Installation of a nominal-size crankshaft
• Installation of a new cylinder head gasket
• Installation of new cylinder head bolts
• Installation of a new camshaft timing chain kit

The engine offered by us comes with a mileage-unlimited warranty.

Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.

The old engine must be returned and must not have a hole in the engine block.
