The following work was carried out during the remanufacturing process:
- installation of new cylinder liners to standard size or cylinder honing
- installation of new piston rings
- block alignment
- complete remanufacturing of the cylinder head
- cleaning of pistons with an ultrasonic cleaner
- installation of new crankshaft bearings
- installation of a standard-size crankshaft or grinding (0.25)
- installation of a new head gasket
- installation of new head bolts
- installation of a new timing kit with housing
- installation of a new oil pump
- installation of new crankshaft seals
We provide an unlimited-mileage warranty for the engine from our offer.
Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures to be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
The old engine must be returned without a hole in the block
