The remanufacturing process included:

  • installation of new cylinder sleeves in the standard size or honing +0.50, depending on the condition of the block
  • installation of new piston rings; in the case of honing +0.50, new oversized pistons are installed
  • block alignment if required
  • complete remanufacturing of the cylinder head
  • installation of new crankshaft bearings
  • installation of a standard crankshaft or honing 0.25
  • installation of a new cylinder head gasket
  • installation of new cylinder head bolts
  • installation of a new timing set with plate
  • installation of a new oil pump
  • installation of a new valve lifter set
  • installation of a new crankshaft seal

 

The engine from our offer is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.

We also issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures that must be performed during engine installation and running-in.
