Brief description of the work we perform when overhauling engines:
– Cylinder honing +0.50 or installation of nominal-size sleeves
– Resurfacing the block surface
– Align-boring the block if required
– Installation of new pistons with rings when cylinder honing is performed. When nominal-size sleeves are installed, new piston rings are fitted
– Installation of a new crankshaft bearing set
– Installation of a standard-size crankshaft or one ground to 0.25
– Installation of new engine seals (crankshaft, camshaft)
– Checking the cylinder head for leaks
– Resurfacing the cylinder head surface
– Replacement of guides with new ones if required
– Installation of new valves if required
– Installation of new valve stem seals
– Machining of valve seats and lapping of valves
– Installation of a new set of valve lifters
We provide an unlimited-mileage warranty for the engines in our offer.
Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the work that must be carried out during engine installation and break-in.
