The engine has been comprehensively remanufactured and freed from design defects.

The following work was carried out during the remanufacturing process:

- installation of new cylinder liners in nominal dimensions or honing

- block alignment

- installation of new piston rings

- cleaning the pistons with an ultrasonic cleaner

- installation of new crankshaft bearings in nominal dimensions

- installation of a nominal crankshaft

- installation of a new front crankshaft seal

- installation of a new rear crankshaft seal

- checking the cylinder head for leaks

- resurfacing the cylinder head surface

- replacement of valve guides

- machining of valve seats

- installation of new valve stem seals

- lapping the valve contact surfaces

- installation of camshafts

- installation of a new cylinder head gasket by Reinz

The engine from our offer is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.

We also issue a warranty card with a brief description of the work that must be carried out during engine installation and break-in.

The old engine must be returned without a hole in the block
