The engine has been comprehensively remanufactured and freed from design defects.

The following work was carried out during the remanufacturing process:

- installation of new cylinder liners in nominal size

- resurfacing of the block surface

- block alignment

- checking the block for leaks

- installation of new piston rings

- cleaning the pistons with an ultrasonic cleaner

- installation of new crankshaft bearings in nominal size

- installation of a nominal-size, stronger crankshaft with a greater number of counterweights

- installation of a new camshaft seal

- installation of a new front crankshaft seal

- installation of a new rear crankshaft seal

- checking the cylinder head for leaks

- resurfacing the cylinder head surface

- replacement of valve guides

- machining of valve seats

- installation of new valve stem seals

- lapping the valve seats

- installation of camshafts

- setting the camshafts

- installation of a new ReinZ cylinder head gasket

- installation of new ReinZ cylinder head bolts

- installation of the oil pump

The engine from our offer is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.

Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.

The old engine must be returned without a hole in the block.
