The following work was carried out during the remanufacturing process:
- installation of new cylinder liners in nominal size or honing of the cylinders
- installation of new piston rings
- block alignment
- cylinder head completely remanufactured
- cleaning of pistons with an ultrasonic cleaner
- installation of new crankshaft bearings
- installation of a nominal crankshaft or grinding (0.25)
- installation of a new cylinder head gasket
- installation of new cylinder head bolts
- installation of a new timing belt kit with housing
- installation of a new oil pump
- installation of new crankshaft seals
The engine from our offer is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.
Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
The old engine must be returned, with no hole in the block.
