The remanufacturing process included:
- installation of new cylinder liners in nominal size or cylinder honing
- installation of new piston rings
- block alignment
- complete remanufacturing of the cylinder head
- cleaning of pistons with an ultrasonic cleaner
- installation of new crankshaft bearings
- installation of a nominal crankshaft or grinding (0.25)
- installation of a new cylinder head gasket
- installation of new cylinder head bolts
- installation of a new timing set with housing
- installation of a new oil pump
- installation of new crankshaft seals
The engine from our offer is covered by a mileage-unlimited warranty.
Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures to be carried out during engine installation and break-in.
The old engine must be returned without a hole in the block
