Brief description of the work we carry out when overhauling engines:

• Cylinder honing to +0.50 or installation of standard-size liners
• Machining the block surface flat
• Block alignment if required
• Installation of new pistons with rings when cylinders are honed. When standard-size liners are installed, new piston rings are fitted
• Installation of a new crankshaft bearing set
• Installation of a standard crankshaft or one ground to 0.25
• Installation of new engine seals (crankshaft, camshaft)
• Checking the cylinder head for leaks
• Machining the cylinder head surface flat
• Replacement of guides with new ones if required
• Installation of new valves if required
• Installation of new valve stem seals
• Machining the valve seats and lapping the valves
• Installation of a new set of valve lifters

Old engine to be returned, with no hole in the block.

Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the work that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
