Brief description of the work we carry out when rebuilding engines:

– Cylinder honing to +0.50 or installation of nominal-size liners

– Resurfacing the engine block

– Align boring of the block if required

– Installation of new pistons with rings when cylinder honing is performed. When nominal-size liners are installed, new piston rings are fitted

– Installation of a new crankshaft bearing set

– Installation of a nominal-size crankshaft or one ground to 0.25

– Installation of new engine oil seals (crankshaft, camshaft)

– Checking the cylinder head for leaks

– Resurfacing the cylinder head

– Replacement of the guides with new ones if required

– Installation of new valves if required

– Installation of new valve stem seals

– Milling the valve seats and lapping the valves

– Installation of a new set of valve tappets

We provide an unlimited-mileage warranty for the engines offered by us.

Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the operations that should be carried out during engine installation and break-in.
