Engine reconditioning process :
- Cylinder liner honing to + 0.50 oversize
- Installation of new pistons with + 0.50 oversize rings
- Resurfacing the block surface
- Polishing or grinding the crankshaft ( depending on its condition )
- Installation of new crankshaft bearings
- Installation of a new oil pump
- Installation of a new cylinder head gasket and bolt set
- Installation of new seals
- Resurfacing the cylinder head surface and checking its tightness
- Replacement of valve stem seals with new ones
- Replacement of valve guides
- Installation of a new timing chain set
- Installation of a new timing plate
The engine block, cylinder head and crankshaft are thoroughly washed of all contaminants after machining in a special washer.
The engine from our offer is covered by an unlimited-mileage warranty.
Additionally, we provide a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
