The following work was carried out during remanufacturing:
- installation of new standard cylinder liners
- installation of new piston rings
- cleaning the pistons with an ultrasonic cleaner
- installation of new crankshaft bearings in standard size
- installation of a standard crankshaft
- checking the cylinder head for leaks
- resurfacing the cylinder head surface
- replacement of valve guides
- milling of valve seats
- installation of new valve stem seals
- lapping the valve sealing surfaces
- installation of a new cylinder head gasket from Reinz
- installation of new engine seals
The engine from our offer is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.
Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
