Engine remanufacturing process:

Disassembling the engine into individual components
Checking the condition of the cylinders
In the event of cylinder damage, new standard-size cylinder liners are installed; if the cylinders do not require replacement, honing is carried out
Cleaning the block in an automatic washer
Installing a standard-size crankshaft
Installing new crankshaft bearings
Installing a new front and rear crankshaft seal
Installing a new cylinder head gasket

Scope of work related to cylinder head remanufacturing:

Checking the cylinder head body for leaks
Resurfacing the cylinder head surface
Cleaning the cylinder head in an automatic washer
Installing new valve stem seals
Installing new guides
Machining the valve seats
Lapping the valves

We provide an unlimited-mileage warranty for the engines offered.

Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the activities that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.

The old engine must be returned without a hole in the block
