The remanufacturing process included:
- Installation of new cylinder liners in the nominal size or honing to +0.50, depending on the condition of the block
- Installation of new piston rings; in the case of honing to +0.50, new oversized pistons are installed
- Block alignment, if required
- Comprehensive cylinder head remanufacturing
- Installation of new crankshaft bearings
- Installation of a nominal crankshaft or grinding to 0.25
- Installation of a new cylinder head gasket
- Installation of new cylinder head bolts
- Installation of a new timing kit with plate
- Installation of a new oil pump
- Installation of a new set of valve tappets
- Installation of a new crankshaft seal
The engines from our offer are covered by a mileage-unlimited warranty.
Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures required during engine installation and break-in.
The old engine must be returned without a hole in the block.
