Brief description of the work we carry out when overhauling engines:

– Cylinder honing +0.50 or installation of standard-size liners

– Resurfacing the block surface

– Align-boring the block if required

– Installation of new pistons with rings when cylinder honing is carried out. When standard-size liners are installed, new piston rings are fitted

– Installation of a new crankshaft bearing set

– Installation of a standard-size crankshaft or one ground to 0.25

– Installation of new engine seals (crankshaft, camshaft)

– Checking the cylinder head for leaks

– Resurfacing the cylinder head surface

– Replacement of guides with new ones if required

– Installation of new valves if required

– Installation of new valve stem seals

– Milling the valve seats and lapping the valves

– Installation of a new set of valve lifters

The engine from our offer is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.

Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the work that should be carried out during engine installation and running-in.

The old engine must be returned without a hole in the block
