During the remanufacturing process, the following work was carried out:

  • installation of new cylinder liners in the standard size or honing to +0.50, depending on the condition of the block
  • installation of new piston rings; in the case of honing to +0.50, new oversized pistons are installed
  • block alignment, if required
  • the cylinder head was comprehensively remanufactured
  • installation of new crankshaft bearings
  • installation of a standard crankshaft or machining to 0.25
  • installation of a new cylinder head gasket
  • installation of new cylinder head bolts
  • installation of a new timing set with plate
  • installation of a new oil pump
  • installation of a new valve lifter set
  • installation of a new crankshaft seal

 

We provide an unlimited-mileage warranty for the engine offered.

Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures to be performed during engine installation and break-in.

The old engine must be returned without a hole in the block.
