Brief description of the work carried out during engine refurbishment:

– Cylinder honing +0.50 or installation of nominal-size cylinder liners

– Machining the block surface

– Align honing of the block if required

– Installation of new pistons with rings when cylinder honing is performed. If nominal-size liners are installed, new piston rings are fitted

– Installation of a new crankshaft bearing set

– Installation of a nominal-size crankshaft or one ground to 0.25

– Installation of new engine seals (crankshaft, camshaft)

– Checking the cylinder head for leaks

– Machining the cylinder head surface

– Replacement of guides with new ones if required

– Installation of new valves if required

– Installation of new valve stem seals

– Cutting the valve seats and lapping the valves

– Installation of a new valve lifter set

The engine from our offer is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.

Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures to be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
