The following work was carried out during remanufacturing:
- installation of new standard cylinder liners
- installation of new piston rings
- ultrasonic cleaning of the pistons
- installation of new crankshaft bearings in standard size
- installation of a standard crankshaft
- checking the cylinder head for leaks
- resurfacing the cylinder head surface
- replacement of valve guides
- machining of valve seats
- installation of new valve stem seals
- lapping the valve seats
- installation of a new Reinz cylinder head gasket
- installation of new engine seals
The engine offered by us is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.
We also issue a warranty card with a brief description of the work that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
