Brief description of the work we carry out when overhauling engines:
– Cylinder honing +0.50 or installation of nominal-size cylinder liners
– Machining the block surface
– Block alignment, if required
– Installation of new pistons with rings when cylinders are honed. When nominal-size liners are installed, new piston rings are fitted
– Installation of a new crankshaft bearing set
– Installation of a nominal crankshaft or one ground to 0.25
– Installation of new engine seals (crankshaft, camshaft)
– Checking the cylinder head for leaks
– Machining the cylinder head surface
– Replacement of guides with new ones, if required
– Installation of new valves, if required
– Installation of new valve stem seals
– Cutting valve seats and lapping valves
– Installation of a new set of valve lifters

We also issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures to be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
