– Cylinder honing +0,50

– Resurfacing the block mating surface

– Align boring of the block if required

– Installation of new pistons with improved rings when cylinder honing is performed

– Installation of a new crankshaft bearing set

– Installation of a standard crankshaft or one ground to 0,25

– Installation of new engine oil seals (crankshaft)

– Checking the cylinder head for leaks

– Resurfacing the cylinder head mating surface

– Replacement of the guides with new ones if required

– Installation of new valves if required

– Installation of new valve stem seals

- Installation of new variable valve timing valves

– Valve seat cutting and valve lapping

– Installation of a new camshaft set and a complete set of valve lifters

- Installation of a new timing set

Additionally, we issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
