Brief description of the work carried out when overhauling engines:

– Cylinder honing +0,50 or installation of standard-size sleeves

– Surfacing the block face

– Block alignment if required

– Installation of new pistons with rings when cylinder honing is performed. When standard-size sleeves are installed, new piston rings are fitted

– Installation of a new crankshaft bearing set

– Installation of a standard-size crankshaft or one ground to 0,25

– Installation of new engine seals (crankshaft, camshaft)

– Checking the cylinder head for leaks

– Surfacing the cylinder head face

– Replacement of guides with new ones if required

– Installation of new valves if required

– Installation of new valve stem seals

– Milling the valve seats and lapping the valves

– Installation of a new set of valve lifters

The engine from our range is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.

We also issue a warranty card with a brief description of the work that must be carried out during engine installation and break-in.

The old engine must be returned without a hole in the block
