  • Installation of new pistons with + 0.50 oversize rings
  • Machining the block surface
  • Polishing or grinding the crankshaft (depending on its condition)
  • Installation of new crankshaft bearings
  • Installation of a new oil pump
  • Installation of a new cylinder head gasket and bolt set
  • Installation of new seals
  • Machining the cylinder head surface and checking its tightness
  • Replacement of valve stem seals with new ones
  • Replacement of valve guides
  • Installation of a new timing chain set
  • Installation of a new timing plate

The engine block, cylinder head and crankshaft are thoroughly washed of all contaminants in a specially designed washing machine after machining.

The engine from our offer is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.

We also provide a warranty card with a brief description of the activities that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
