  • Installation of new pistons with +0.50 rings
  • Resurfacing the block surface
  • Polishing or grinding the crankshaft (depending on its condition)

  • Installation of a new oil pump
  • Installation of a new cylinder head gasket and bolt set
  • Installation of new seals
  • Resurfacing the cylinder head surface and checking its tightness
  • Replacement of valve stem seals with new ones
  • Replacement of valve guides
  • Installation of a new timing chain set
  • Installation of a new timing plate

The engine block, cylinder head and crankshaft are thoroughly cleaned of all contaminants after machining in a specialised washer.

The engine from our range is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.

We also provide a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures to be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
