A brief description of the work carried out during engine overhaul:

• Cylinder honing to +0.50 or installation of nominal-size cylinder liners
• Machining the block surface flat
• Align boring the block if required
• Installation of new pistons with rings when cylinders are honed. When nominal-size liners are installed, new piston rings are fitted
• Installation of a new crankshaft bearing set
• Installation of a nominal crankshaft or one ground to 0.25
• Installation of new engine seals (crankshaft, camshaft)
• Checking the cylinder head for leaks
• Machining the cylinder head surface flat
• Replacement of guides with new ones if required
• Installation of new valves if required
• Installation of new valve stem seals
• Machining the valve seats and lapping the valves
• Installation of a new valve lifter set

We also issue a warranty card with a brief description of the procedures that must be carried out during engine installation and break-in.
