The following work was carried out during the remanufacturing process:
- installation of new nominal cylinder liners
- installation of new piston rings
- cleaning the pistons with an ultrasonic cleaner
- installation of new crankshaft bearings in nominal size
- installation of a nominal crankshaft
- checking the cylinder head for leaks
- resurfacing the cylinder head surface
- replacement of valve guides
- machining of valve seats
- installation of new valve stem seals
- lapping the valve contact surfaces
- installation of a new cylinder head gasket from Reinz
- installation of new engine seals
The engine from our offer is covered by a warranty with no mileage limit.
We also provide a warranty card with a brief description of the tasks that must be carried out during engine installation and running-in.
The old engine must be returned; the block must not have a hole.
